Return and Cancellation Policy

We aim to provide thoughtfully curated gifts designed for lasting quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

I. Returns and Refunds (Non-Defective Products)

Return Window: We accept returns initiated within 14 days of receipt for eligible items.

Eligible Items (Non-Defective): Returns are accepted only for non-perishable goods and items that are NOT food, beverage, skin care, or beauty products.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with non-defective returns. We do not offer free returns, and charges apply.

Return Conditions: The returned order must meet all of the following:

  1. The order contains all original parts, components, and packaging as received.

  2. The product shows only normal handling; damage due to misuse or careless handling is excluded.

II. Defective or Damaged Products

If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us immediately upon receipt. We will provide instructions for a resolution, which may include a refund, exchange, or store credit, and will cover any associated return shipping costs if the fault is ours.

III. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return (Consumables and Personal Care)

Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we cannot grant monetary refunds or accept returns for the following items:

  • Food products

  • Beverage items

  • Perishable goods

  • Skin care products

  • Beauty products

Resolution Path (Store Credit): If you are dissatisfied with the quality of any of the items listed above, we may offer a store credit for a future purchase. To qualify, you must contact us and provide proof (if necessary) and the specific reason for your dissatisfaction.

IV. Product Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for non-perishable goods within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility and return conditions listed in Section I. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of sending the original item back and the cost of shipping the new item.


V. Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)

Cancellation Period: The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you received the final goods in your order.

Goods in Transit: As orders are processed immediately, we cannot interrupt shipping. If goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible; please wait to receive the goods and then initiate a return (Section I).

Warehouse Requirement: All returns and withdrawals must be sent to our central warehouse in Texas at the customer's expense.
